University HONDA, one of Montana’s largest HONDA Automobile retailers is currently planning on improving their public image as well as improve the total customer satisfaction while purchasing a new HONDA automobile.  Working with the HONDA America Corporate design team, Paradigm has produced a total building design that exceeds the goals of the client.  Angling the new showroom floor toward the primary street frontage of Reserve and updating the overall elevation, the building has been transformed from its former self.  Redesigning the parking and traffic flow as well as incorporating large signage enables the new and repeat client to easily reach their destination.  Total customer satisfaction goes beyond purchasing an automobile, University HONDA has made improvements to the automobile service center both for the customers and the personnel.  Key improvements include: a new state of the art expansion to the existing service bays, a covered drop-off area, and an area for the businessperson on the go to conduct business while waiting for their car.  Not forgetting that many purchases are family based, University HONDA has created a children’s play area so that everyone can have a more enjoyable experience while making their new or used automotive purchase.

University HONDA is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2004.
